Training Details

UKCU have designed and developed a number of different materials and courses that are available for member credit unions to purchase.

Member credit unions are charged a fixed daily fee inclusive of materials and facilitator, we also offer our training resources to non-member credit unions but we charge a higher daily fee. (For current fees please contact the office).

The training courses we can offer are;

Policy & Procedures;
Supervisory Committee;
Credit Comittee;
Managing Volunteers;
Customer Services;
Computerised Accounts;

This list is by no means exhaustive and we can arrange bespoke training depending on your requirements.

We also offer ongoing support and guidance to steering groups and new credit unions.
